A new star is joining the cast of 'CSI: Miami' for the eighth series.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Eddie Cibrian will play a police officer who joins Horatio Caine's (David Caruso) team.
While there had been speculation that actor Adam Rodriguez would not be returning to the series as Eric Delko, he will be back for season eight.
Cibrian's other credits include 'Ugly Betty' and 'Third Watch'.
