Cheryl Cole is spending more than €118,000 a year to maintain her looks, it has been revealed.
According to ContactMusic.com the Girls Aloud beauty, who was recently voted the world’s sexiest woman by Britain’s FHM magazine, is so keen to maintain her figure and looks she has hired a team of experts.
A source told Closer magazine: "Cheryl is the most ambitious person I know. She spends a lot of money looking her best, but it’s not about vanity, it’s about achieving as much as she can.
"She sees it as an investment – something she needs to perfect to do well in her career."
As well as hiring a personal stylist for €35,113, Cheryl also reportedly splashes out €10,534 a year on hair, €14,046 on a private dietician, €16,387 on personal training sessions, €5,852 on treatments and €42,133 on a fat-burning machine.
Although it is a lot of money, the 25-year-old singer, who is married to football star Ashley Cole, thinks the cash is well-spent because it helps her to cope with the pressures of fame.
The source added: "Cheryl knows she lives an incredibly privileged life, yet sometimes things can get on top of her.
"She’s worried about looking anything other than perfect. She knows it’s hard to understand her or the huge pressure she’s under."
