Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and possession of drugs.
ITN reports that he was taken into custody after police noticed him driving "erratically" around Gloucester.
The arrest reportedly took place about 30 minutes after the musician finished playing a solo performance at the city's Guildhall.
Earlier, a UK police spokesman said: "At approximately 12.30am officers on patrol in Eastgate Street saw a car being driven erratically.
"A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving, possession of drugs and failure to stop for police, he remains in custody at this time."
A woman, also aged 30, who was with him was also arrested for drug possession. She is also being questioned by police.
Doherty was arrested and fined last weekend amid claims that he injected drugs on a British Airways flight.
