'The Hills' stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have reportedly quit 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here' for the fourth time.
According to Access Hollywood, the pair have now left the show for good, following Montag's recent hospitalisation.
Pratt reportedly said: "We gave it our all in the camp, but now it's about health. Doctors are going to be with her for the next three days."
"At the end of the day, we went back in and proved to ourselves that it wasn't just about us - it was a life-changing experience."
Pratt reportedly explained to producers: "We've never really lived in a jungle."
"I thought we were all going to be chilling at your hotel, we'd come to the jungle, we make drama, we'd do all these crazy stunts, we'd sleep on cots for a little bit, we'd go back. No one told us we were really guinea pigs," he said.
