Kate Walsh and Yasmina Siadatan will go head to head in this year's 'Apprentice' final after a triple firing last night.
James McQuillan, Lorraine Tighe and Debra Barr all got the boot from the show after the interview stage.
In an emotional boardroom scene, the remaining candidates broke down in tears after McQuillan was fired.
Having survived 10 weeks of business tasks, the candidates faced their toughest test yet on last night's programme - the interviews.
The interviews saw Siadatan, 27, stumble over her accounts and Tighe, 36, accused of lying on her CV after overstating her length of current employment by a year.
Tighe put the error down to a "misprint" but also admitted her CV was "like a graveyard of skeletons".
Speaking after the show, Tighe said she could sympathise with the problems that 'Britain's Got Talent' star Susan Boyle is experiencing.
Tighe, 36, said: "I totally feel sorry for Susan Boyle. I'm surprised I haven't ended up in the Priory myself. I really feel for her because I know exactly what she's going through.
"Unfortunately you put yourself up for these kind of shows and you have to put yourself up to be put down."
McQuillan said of his jovial image: "Maybe I did go a bit overboard on the humour side but I can't apple crumble too much."
Barr, 24, revealed a softer side to her character, saying she had learnt on the show to take tellings-off "go home, have a cry and come back the next day and get on with my life".
She said she had taken negative criticism and turned it into something positive to change her behaviour.
Barr added: "Kate and Lorraine were my two closest friends and they never betrayed the things I said in the house and they never betrayed my trust."
She said she found it "hurtful" that some people might see her negatively, saying: "I'm a soft soul at heart".
She said her brother told her about different caricatures for people in the show and added: "Unfortunately, you're the Darth Vader of the competition but just go with it." Barr insisted: "In real life I'm a normal girl."
The three fired candidates all praised the two finalists.
Barr said both were "amazing and very very talented". She said: "If Sir Alan Sugar didn't hire Kate it would be the second biggest mistake of his life after the first one being not putting me in the final."
McQuillan said: "I think he's definitely picked the right two for the final. I think I can see Yasmina nicking it though just 'cos I think she's more what he's after, which is someone who's a bit of a bigger risk taker and more cavalier."
The final task on Sunday will see Sir Alan decide who will walk away with a six-figure salary and a place in his business empire.
In the second all-girl final of the past five series, the finalists must design and manufacture a new box of chocolates.
Aided by a team of previously-fired candidates, the remaining contenders must impress with the conception, creation and presentation of their product.
