West, 31, was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, grand theft and vandalism after allegedly breaking a photographer’s equipment at the airport on September 11, 2008.

His road manager, Dan Crawley, also faces assault, theft and vandalism charges arising out of the incident.
