'Heroes' star Hayden Panettiere has reportedly auditioned for a role in the remake of 1980s box office hit 'Footloose'.
The remake of 'Footloose' will be a musical, like the Broadway version of the 1984 film.
E! Online quotes an unnamed source as saying that the makers of the new film were "really impressed" with Panettiere.
"No one realised what a good singer she is," the source added.
