'High School Musical' star Zac Efron has been linked to the film version of the Japanese manga series 'Full Metal Panic'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that 'Full Metal Panic' mixes teenage romance, action and comedy.
The story follows a teenage anti-terrorist expert who is assigned to protect a high school student with mystical powers.
The trade daily adds that Efron has also been linked to another new adventure film, 'Jonny Quest'.
