'American Idol' star Megan Joy has denied rumours of a romance with fellow contestant Matt Giraud.
According to People magazine, Joy said that she is "just friends" with Giraud.
The singer said: "He has a girlfriend, and I have no interest in dating right now."
"[We bonded over] just being lonely, you know, and wanting to laugh."
