Belinda Carlisle has become the first contestant to be eliminated from the new series of the US version of 'Strictly Come Dancing', 'Dancing with the Stars'.
The 50-year-old singer and her professional dance partner Jonathan Roberts were placed in the bottom two with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and his professional partner Karina Smirnoff.
While both couples received 17 points out of 30 from the judges in the dance-off, viewers' votes saved Wozniak and Smirnoff.
After her elimination, Carlisle said: "I had a great time. I learned how to dance and I wish I could have done better for Jonathan, because he's a great teacher."
