'Loose Women' regular Coleen Nolan was saved by the overwhelming support of the public as she won a place in next week's semi-final of 'Dancing On Ice'.
The 43-year-old presenter was in last place after the judges' scores were counted - despite delivering her best performance of the series - but went through after the judges' points were combined with the results of the public vote.
Last night's skate-off saw former Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor dance her way into the final, with four of the five judges voting to save her over Blue Peter presenter Zoe Salmon.
Salmon said she had "had a ball" and added: "Bring on the tour because I can't bear the void in my life."
The 28-year-old, who survived the skate-off last week, said she had found "something that I love" despite suffering from a bout of nerves which saw her break down in tears during last night's dress rehearsal.
Salmon, who danced to 'Run' with her skating partner Matt Evers, said the series had been "a rollercoaster of emotions".
After the skate-off, Taylor, who is married to England and Hampshire cricketer Kevin Pietersen, said she "really, really loved it" and added: "This is my whole life."
Nolan injured her wrist mid-week but, after being taken to hospital for an X-ray and cleared by the show's physio, she said: "I don't want to give up."
Dancing to 'Diamonds Are Forever' with her skating partner Stuart Widdall, she was excused from performing an unassisted jump - the necessary component of last night's show - because of her injury and the voting public saved her to skate for another week.
Cousins told her it was the "best performance you've given in the competition so far" before adding: "It doesn't come close to the others but that's not the point."
Fellow judge Jason Gardiner said: "You've delivered the performance that I've been waiting for for quite some time."
