It has been confirmed that Cate Blanchett will star opposite Russell Crowe in director Ridley Scott's 'Robin Hood'.
Variety reports that Blanchett will play Maid Marian with Crowe playing the titular hero.
Production of the film is expected to start in April.
Scott's film will have a budget of $130m.
