An arrest warrant has been issued for Adnan Ghalib, the former paparazzo boyfriend of Britney Spears.
People.com reports that the photographer faces charges of trying to avoid a process server.
An incident is reported to have occurred when the victim tried serving Ghalib with a temporary restraining order which had been obtained by the pop star’s father, Jamie Spears. The District Attorney alleges that Ghalib drove at the victim and that the victim jumped on the car before eventually falling off and breaking his wrist. The incident is alleged to have occurred on February 11.
Ghalib is now facing three charges of assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery.
