Coronation Street's Jason Grimshaw, played by Ryan Thomas, is set for a bizarre love plot in forthcoming episodes of the soap.
According to The Sun, Grimshaw is gutted when fiancée Becky Granger (Katherine Kelly) leaves him for Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson).
He is comforted by factory supervisor Julie Carp (Katy Cavanagh) who also needs a shoulder to cry on after splitting with Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whyment).
Following a one-night affair, the two are disgusted to find out they are related.
A show insider says: "They are both horrified when they finally discover the truth."
