It has been reported that singer Michael Jackson is suffering from a skin infection which is resistant to antibiotics.
The Sun newspaper quotes a source as saying Jackon has a severe staph infection which he contracted during surgery.
The quote continues "The disease is an MRSA-style infection because it is resistant to conventional antibiotics, so he has been visiting a clinic to get antibiotics via an IV drip."
The report further claimed that the infection had spread throughout Jackson’s body.
A spokesperson for the popstar declined to comment on the reports.
