Bee Gee Robin Gibb has described the child he has fathered with his housekeeper as "heaven sent".
According to The Daily Mail the 59-year-old pop star praised his new daughter as he attended a reception in London last night, to mark the 10th anniversary of the Diana Award.
Speaking about baby Snow Robin he said: "New life is heaven sent and is a blessing. That's what I can say about children and life in answer to your question."
However his wife, 56-year-old Dwina did not comment and reports say she felt "betrayed" by the birth of the baby girl to 33-year-old Claire Yang in November.
