With her new show 'Paris Hilton's British Best Friend' set to start on ITV2 on Thursday, the socialite has said that singer Amy Winehouse would not be a contender for the accolade.
When asked by reporters if Winehouse was considered for the title, the 27-year-old replied: "I love her music but I don't know if I could handle that lifestyle."
Hilton said the goal of the new show was to find someone "who had a fun personality, someone who was real, someone who looked like they could be a lot of fun, someone I could trust."
"There's [sic] a lot of advantages to being my best friend because I'm a lot of fun, I travel the world, I have a great time, especially when I come to London," she said.
The show features 11 female contestants and one male with Hilton saying that she was now "best friends" with the winner and "close with a couple of contestants".
