'X Factor' creative director Brian Friedman is reported to be in talks to join the 'Strictly Come Dancing' judging panel.
According to the Daily Star, the 31-year-old choreographer is considering leaving 'The X Factor'.
Friedman previously complained that his creativity was being smothered on the singing show.
A source told the newspaper: "Brian would love to be on 'Strictly'."
