'Law and Order: SVU' star Mariska Hargitay has been forced to take time out from filming the show due to a collapsed lung.
According to People magazine, the 44-year-old actress has not yet returned to the set of the crime show since her Christmas break.
The star's representative said: "Mariska Hargitay has been sidelined with a pneumothorax (a partially collapsed lung)."
The spokeperson also said that the actress "will appear in all episodes for the rest of the season of 'Law & Order: SVU'."
