Taylor Swift, the best-selling musical artist in the US in 2008, is to guest star in an episode of 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation'.
Billboard reports that the 19-year-old will play Haley Jones, a girl whose parents own a rundown Las Vegas Motel.
Her character goes through major changes in her life over the course of a year.
Swift sold over 4m albums in the US in 2008.
