'X Factor' creative director Brian Friedman has said that he isn't sure about returning to the show next year.
According to The Sun, the choreographer claimed that his creativity was being smothered.
Friedman said: "I'm upset. Art is art and it shouldn't be smothered."
"I haven't signed a new contract yet. I need six months to clear my head."
He also said: "Contestants shouldn't be allowed backing tracks. They should sing on their own."
