Singer Toni Braxton has revealed that she had a tumour removed from her breast a few weeks ago.
The singer, who recently took part in 'Dancing with the Stars', told Us Weekly that the lump was discovered during a routine check-up last August.
Braxton said that she was pleased that she got eliminated from the dance show when she did because she was worried about the lump.
The singer said: "Getting the boot on the show was actually a blessing in disguise for me."
"My grandmother on my dad's side died of breast cancer, and I have aunts on both sides that have breast cancer."
"I was worried about what they would find, but it was benign. I was very fortunate."
