Singer Rachel Stevens has said she was not surprised to be in the bottom two on 'Strictly Come Dancing' at the weekend.
Stevens and her professional dance partner Vincent Simone had to dance for survival after they were voted into the bottom two alongside TV presenter Christine Bleakley and partner Matthew Cutler. The judges chose to send Bleakley home.
Speaking to Claudia Winkleman on 'It Takes Two' she said: "It's absolutely horrible. It's really horrible. But we were more prepared. We had a feeling that we were going to be there. I think every week, no matter where you are in the leaderboard, you're never safe. You need the votes more than anything now."
Stevens is set to perform a Tango and Cha Cha this Saturday night.
In other 'Strictly Come Dancing' news professional dancer Brendan Cole has said that he would love to be on the judging panel.
He told Closer magazine "I'd jump into a seat in a heartbeat!" Cole has worked as a judge on New Zealand's version of the show.
He won the first series of the BBC show when he partnered Natasha Kaplinsky.
