Kanye West was reportedly arrested outside a nightclub in the UK in the early hours of this morning, but was later released without charge.
According to reports, the rapper was arrested on suspicion of assault after an alleged altercation with a photographer outside the Tup Tup Palace in Newcastle.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Newcastle city centre club in the early hours of this morning."
"He was released without charge and no further action is being taken."
West's spokesperson has not yet commented on the reports.
