'Lipstick Jungle', the TV series based on 'Sex and the City' writer Candace Bushnell's book of the same name, has been cancelled in the US.
The Hollywood Reporter says that American network NBC made the decision after the second series hit a new ratings low in recent weeks.
'Lipstick Jungle' drew 3.3m viewers in its Friday night slot.
The series starred Brooke Shields, Kim Raver and Lindsay Price.
