Former 'EastEnders' actor Tom Ellis is reportedly being considered to be the next Doctor Who.
The 29-year-old actor, who played Dr Oliver Cousins in 'EastEnders', is rumoured to be in the running to play the Time Lord.
According to The Mirror, a BBC source said: "Tom is the frontrunner for the job and is very interested."
Ellis, who is married to actress Tamzin Outwaite, previously appeared in an episode of 'Doctor Who'.
