'Coronation Street' actor Graeme Hawley has said that his character John Stape is set for plenty more drama next year.
Speaking to Inside Soap, the 34-year-old actor said that viewers haven't seen the last of John when he gets arrested for kidnapping Rosie Webster and holding her hostage.
Hawley said: "His case will go to trial, so we'll see what happens."
"There's more of a story to tell with John because he's not a typical villain - he's a good person who did a very bad thing."
"It'd be interesting to see if he can prove that he's not really a psycho, or whether he'll just continue screwing up his life."
"I think John's redeemable - the romantic side of me would like to see him forgiven."
