New G N'R album details revealed

Details of 'Chinese Democracy', the long awaited new album from Guns N'Roses have been revealed.

The album is to be released on November 21 as a CD, vinyl/free digital download combination and as a separate digital download album and is to feature 14 tracks. Two tracks have already been released. 'Shackler's Revenge' featured in the computer game 'Rock Band 2' while 'If The World' was in the film 'Body Of Lies'

Lead singer Axl Rose and Caram Costanzo are the co-producers.

Band co-managers Irving Azoff and Andy Gould released a statement saying: "The release of Chinese Democracy marks a historic moment in rock ‘n’ roll and we’re launching with a monumental campaign that matches the groundbreaking sound of the album itself. Guns N’ Roses fans have every reason to celebrate, for this is only the beginning."

The bands last album was the double release 'Use Your Illusion I' and 'Use Your Illusion II', which featured the worldwide hits 'November Rain' and 'Don't Cry'. 1987's 'Appetite For Destruction', which has sold almost 30 million records worldwide, featured 'Welcome To The Jungle', 'Sweet Child o’ Mine' and 'Paradise City'.
