'Neighbours' star Kym Valentine has spoken about her recent health scare, saying that she "hit rock bottom".
The actress told Women's Day that she feared she might die after she suffered a collapsed lung and a bout of pneumonia.
Valentine said: "My focus right now is me and being as strong, healthy and happy as I can possibly be."
"Maybe you have to hit rock bottom before you can climb back up. And I certainly hit rock bottom this past year."
Speaking about taking time off from work, she said: "I thought I'd let everyone down. But it was the best thing that could have happened."
"After a month off, I'm now pacing myself in a completely different way."
