'Coronation Street' star Tupele Dorgu has announced that she is now engaged to her boyfriend Mark Flanagan.
The 30-year-old actress, who plays factory worker Kelly Crabtree in the soap, made the announcement through Corrieblog.
Dorgu said: "I was absolutely flabbergasted when he proposed. I didn't know what to do and I was like, 'Wow, this is my proposal and this is what happens'."
"It hit me that he didn't have a box so I as thinking, why has he not got a ring? He must know me well enough to know I'd want a ring."
"I was playing with this box of mints and I was a bit nervous. I opened the box and the ring fell out. That was when I burst into tears because I realised he had planned everything."
