'The X Factor' finalists have been talking about their past struggles, telling of battles with bullying and worries about their appearances.
Girlband singer Marisa Billitteri, who is 19-years-old, spoke about being bullied when she was younger.
The singer said: "It really did knock me back... I thought I'm going to go for it. I became stronger as a person when I met the girls."
Solo singer Alexandra Burke said of the music industry: "You need an edge and if you ain't got it, you don't get a deal".
She claimed that she also felt "pressured" about her appearance, saying: "I'm just watching what I eat. I don't believe in dieting any more or scales. You can't starve yourself."
The singer also revealed that her mentor Cheryl Cole had bought all of her contestants new mobile phones and doughnuts.
Rachel Hylton, who has previously spoken about having a drug problem in the past, said: "I want people to see my talent and not my past any more."
Danny spoke about his new exercise regime, saying: "I've been doing aerobics with Bad Lashes and Girlband."
