Singer Cher was forced to pull out of some of her Las Vegas performances recently due to illness.
The 62-year-old Oscar winner cancelled her final dates of the year at Caesar's Palace due to a severe bout of bronchitis.
Her publicist Liz Rosenberg has blamed the star's ailment on 'Vegas Throat' - a bad sore throat caused by the dry desert climate - coupled with the heavy air conditioning in Sin City's hotels and casinos.
In a statement Caesar's Palace bosses said: "Cher looks forward to her return to The Colosseum [in Caesar's Palace] early next year with performances to be announced soon."
