Sharon Stone has faced criticism from a judge in her custody case over the care of her eight-year-old son.

People.com reports that the star was accused of over overreacting to her son’s health issues when she suggested he get a Botox treatment for his smelly feet.

Superior Court papers, the judge said Stone "delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties" and has "simply refused" to participate in counselling unless her "schedule is accommodated."

Stone had requested that her son be allowed to move to Los Angeles where she lives but this request was turned down by the judge. He currently lives in San Francisco with his father, Phil Bronstein, and the actress has visitation time with him.

The judge made his decision concluding that Stone is "unable to provide the structure, continuity and reliability that Roan needs, and candidly, deserves."
