Television presenter Christine Bleakley has admitted that has "never, ever been more nervous" than she was on her 'Strictly Come Dancing' debut.

'The One Show' host said that she was consumed by nerves when she danced the foxtrot with her professional dance partner Matthew Cutler last Saturday night.

Speaking on 'It Takes Two', Bleakley said: "Suddenly we have to dance in front of the nation."

"And to be honest, on a personal level, I was even more nervous because my entire family had flown from Northern Ireland and they were all sitting there."

"It was just incredible. I've never, ever been more nervous. Out of anything that I've ever done, that tops it."

"Give me 'The One Show' one hundred times over. As I say, it's nothing I've ever done before or even attempted to do, and to think four weeks ago I couldn't have told you what a foxtrot was."
