'X Factor' judge Dannii Minogue has rubbished rumours that she is planning to quit the talent show.
The Australian singer dismissed reports of an "ultimatum" with producers over new judge Cheryl Cole, saying that all the judges get along with each other.
Minogue said in a statement: "I'm not jealous. I'm not furious. There are no pre-live show crisis talks and there are no ultimatums..."
"I love being a part of 'The X Factor' and we [the judges] are all having so much fun this year."
