Heath Ledgers's family have confirmed that his estate, estimated to be worth $20 million, will go to his daughter Matilda Rose.
According to reports, Ledger's will, which was drawn up two years before the birth of his daughter, left everything to his parents and his three sisters.
The will reportedly left half of Ledger's assets to his sisters Kate and Olivia Ledger and Ashleigh Bell.
The other half was left to his parents Kim Ledger and Sally Bell, after debts had been paid.
However, the star's father has now said that the family have decided to give everything to Ledger's daughter Matilda Rose.
Kim Ledger said: "There is no claim. Our family has gifted everything to Matilda.''
