Actress Anne Hathaway has said that she feels "much stronger" as a result of "bad stuff" which has happened to her recently.
Speaking at a press conference for her new movie 'Rachel Getting Married', the star said: "Everything that has happened to me, good and bad, I feel has happened for a reason."
Hathaway's longterm boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was arrested last June on fraud charges.
The actress recently spoke about having a tough time after the arrest but now says that she feels that recent happenings have made her stronger.
Hathaway said: "I've been made stronger from the good stuff and much, much stronger from the bad stuff."
