'EastEnders' Roxy Slater is set for more drama in the coming weeks when she reportedly gives birth to her baby prematurely.
According to The Sun, Roxy, played by Rita Simmons, is rushed to hospital next month when she goes into labour early.
The reports suggest that Roxy's baby arrives two months early, leaving the child fighting for its life.
A source told the newspaper: "It's a terrible time for Roxy and Sean. While the baby wasn't planned, it has really brought them together."
"The baby has given Sean something to live for and he's even kicked the drugs."
Roxy still isn't sure of the paternity of her baby, after having an affair with her sister Ronnie's boyfriend Jack.
An 'EastEnders' spokesperson declined to comment on the reported storyline.
