'American Idol' winner David Cook has been talking about his debut album, which is due out later this year.
Billboard reports that Cook hopes to release the album in November.
Cook said: "I just want the record to be both eclectic and cohesive and have something to say. The music is rock and it's pretty undeniably me, which I'm pretty excited about."
He also said there would be "some interesting twists and turns... that will keep people interested".
