'Indiana Jones' star Shia LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after a car crash in which he was injured.
Reuters quotes Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sergeant Scott Wolf as saying that the actor was driving a vehicle that collided with another vehicle at 3am in Hollywood on Sunday.
Wolf said: "He subsequently injured his head, knee and hand and was hospitalised."
Sergeant Wolf said that the actor's passenger and the other driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The police officer said that the star was charged with misdemeanour DUI (driving under the influence) and then released.
