The mother and sister of 'The Dark Knight' star Christian Bale have declined to comment in depth on the star's arrest for allegedly assaulting them on Sunday night.
Reporters at Bale's mother’s house were told the family had nothing to say about the Batman actor’s arrest and subsequent bailing over the incident.
His actor sister Sharon shouted at reporters that the incident was "a family matter".
Bale is alleged to have "lashed out" at his sister and mother at a London hotel on Sunday night.
