Lindsay Lohan is to star in a new romantic comedy called 'Labour Pains'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of an assistant (Lohan) in a publishing house who pretends to be pregnant to stop her boss from firing her.
'Labour Pains' begins shooting on 9 June in California.
Of the film, Lohan said: "It is a very different role for me and I look forward to the challenges it will present, and I love working on comedies."
