The husband of the actress Natascha McElhone has died suddenly.
Forty-two-year-old Martin Kelly is thought to have suffered a heart attack.
He was found in the doorway of his West London home by a friend.
Paramedics tried to revive him but he was later pronounced dead at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he worked as a consultant plastic surgeon.
The 36-year-old actress is pregnant with their third child.
