Kelly Brook is reported to have called off her engagement to American actor Billy Zane.
According to The Sun the couple, who have been together for four years, split up after Brook decided that she was too young to marry.
Rumours that they had gone their separate ways began last Sunday after 28-year-old actress and TV star Brook appeared at the BAFTA Television Awards without her engagement ring.
A source told The Sun: "After much soul-searching, Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement.
"The split is completely amicable and the decision was made after long conversations here and in the US. They remain good friends."
The newspaper reports that 42-year-old Zane had become frustrated after Brook repeatedly refused to set a date for their wedding.
The insider added: "Billy was keen but she kept delaying plans for the big day. He started asking questions - and they eventually decided to go their separate ways."
