Guns N' Roses have announced that they are "in negotiations" to release their much-delayed album 'Chinese Democracy'.
Billboard reports that the news was posted on the band's official website but did not give further details on the discussions or a possible release date.
'Chinese Democracy', which has been a decade in the making, was last scheduled to be released by Interscope in March 2007.
Guns N' Roses and frontman Axl Rose now have new managers, industry veterans Irving Azoff and Andy Gould.
