Organisers of the Glastonbury Festival have denied reports that Jay-Z is set to pull out of his headline slot at this year's event.
The star, who married his fiancée Beyonce Knowles at the weekend, is believed to be annoyed at reports that his appearance at Glastonbury may have caused fewer ticket registrations this year.
For the first time in a number of year's the festival has failed to sell-out on it's first day of ticket sales.
Tickets went on-sale yesterday morning and so far over 100,000 tickets for the three day event have been sold.
Around 40,000 are still available for those who pre-registered before the March deadline.
Jay-Z is also said to be disappointed at the reaction to his appearance on some message boards and it is thought that the star may pull out of the three day event and play the 02 Wireless Festival in Hyde Park on 3 July instead.
However, Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis has denied the rumours and confirmed the rapper will still be performing.
He told The Sun: "I spoke to his people this weekend. Everything is fine. I'm excited."
Along with Jay Z, Kings of Leon and The Verve are set to headline this year's Glastonbury Festival.
