'The Simple Life' star Paris Hilton is reportedly dating Good Charlotte star Benji Madden.
The socialite was photographed holding hands with Madden after they went to lunch together recently.
Reports also claim that the pair have been spotted socialising together at a number of late-night parties in Hollywood.
People magazine reports that a source close to the couple said: "Yes, they are dating. It's pretty serious."
Madden announced his split from fiancée Sophie Monk just two weeks ago.
Madden's brother Joel is currently in a relationship with Hilton's 'Simple Life' co-star and friend Nicole Richie.
