Price recently insisted that she was unhappy with her post-surgery breasts, which have been reduced from a 32G to a 32F, saying: "I was disappointed because they looked big and I wanted them to be a lot smaller."
But she seemed proud of her cosmetic makeover at the book launch today when she slipped out of her corset top and even the scars from her surgery appeared to be visible.
She had a nose job and her teeth whitened as part of the £43,000 recently spent on cosmetic surgery in the US.
