'X Factor' runner-up Rhydian Roberts has reportedly signed a £1m record deal with Simon Cowell.
According to The Sun, the 25-year-old opera singer will release his debut single in the next few months.
The Welsh singer is also due to release an opera album under the Sony BMG label in the near future.
A source told the newspaper: "It will be typically Rhydian – lots of fun."
