Actress Mary-Kate Olsen has been admitted to hospital in New York, according to her representative.
People magazine reports that the 21-year-old star was taken to an emergency room on Monday.
Her representative Nicole Caruso said: "Mary Kate got a kidney infection."
"She's resting comfortably and will be released in the next day or so."
